The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. However, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your payment method, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.
